To protect your funds from fraud, Priority National Title uses ClosingLock to securely send and receive wire instructions and other sensitive information. We will never email wire instructions directly to you.
Before sending funds, please contact our office or your agent to confirm we have received your signed contract. This ensures your deposit is properly linked to your transaction file.
All funds are held in our escrow account and require a mutually signed release from both buyer and seller before disbursement. To request a copy of our escrow terms or speak with a team member, contact our office at any time.
